Covid 19 Precautions

Here at Torre Cider we take the safety of our customers and staff very seriously. Below you can see read about the measures we have taken to mitigate the spread of Covid 19 to and from our premises, some of the most important things we are doing are:-

  1. We have undertaken a risk assessment focussing purely on Covid 19, which can be seen below

  2. Provided training for our staff in how to work safely within the current regulations

  3. Installed separate hand sanitising points for our staff and customers

  4. Made antibacterial spray and single use cloths available for any customers who would like to use them

  5. Instigated a one-way system for places where it may be harder to maintain the one metre plus guidance

  6. Provided signage to help our customers stay safe within the guidance

  7. We have instigated a track and trace policy, in-line with Government requirements

  8. Separated bathroom facilities for staff and public use

  9. Ensured we have a rigorous cleaning schedule for high contact areas

  10. Instigated an online ordering system, to limit contamination of menus and limit staff/customer contact

  11. Moved to single portion sauce, sugar and condiments, and introduced single use menus to further limit high contact areas

  12. Limited the number of families using the playground and requested everyone uses hand sanitiser prior to playing

  13. Provided facemasks for those members of staff who wish to use them
